How to order
Paying by Credit Card/Paypal
Please use the "Add to basket" buttons. This will create a Shopping Basket in a seperate window, where quantities can be altered and items removed. You can view your basket by clicking the "view basket" button at the top or bottom of the page. When you have finished shopping simply click the "Checkout" button in the Shopping Basket window, where you will be taken to the paypal site and asked to enter your address and payment details.
You will be sent a receipt from, from paypal, for your purchases via email.

Paying by Cheque/Postal Order
If you wish to pay by Cheque or Postal Order please use the form on the Place an Order page.
This will generate an order by email and you will recieve a request for payment within a week.

Postage Information
There is no extra charge for postage within the UK!
All orders will be sent using Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery, depending on value
Notification will be sent on day of shipping.

International Orders
Please use the form on the Place an Order page. This will generate an order by email and you will recieve a request for payment via paypal, with a shipping cost, within a week.

Order Fulfilment
The majority of jewellery items will be made to order,
Emma aims to fulfil orders within one week of payment clearing.
If under any circumstances it will not be possible to fulfil the order or there is likely to be a delay,
you will be notified via email.

Colours
Due to the nature of the recycled materials it is possible that the colour requested may not be available,
in this case an alternative will be suggested or refund offered.
As the aluminium is hand printed in small batches, colours and patterns may vary slightly

Cancellation and Returns
Customers have the right to cancel any order up to the day of shipping. Please email returns@squem.co.uk if you wish to do so and arrangements will be made for a full refund.
If you wish to return an item please contact Emma on the above email address within 7 days of receipt. Items should be in their original state, well packaged and sent with adequate postal insurance (Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery covers up to £30) Refunds will be granted on receipt of the returned item if the above conditions have been met.
